Our Physicians

Central Kentucky Cardiology (CKC) was founded in 2010 by Dr. Richard DiNardo. His mission at that time was to create a cardiology program that could provide a full range of services for patients with any type of cardiovascular problem.

CKC cardiologists specialize in all of the major disciplines of cardiology including electrophysiology, interventional cardiology and noninvasive cardiology. This specialization allows the doctors to become highly expert within their specific fields. This is important because research has shown that in medicine, the more you perform a procedure the more proficient you become.

We use the same philosophy in recruiting our employees as we do our physicians. Our nurses, nurse practitioners and medical assistants play an important role in patient care through coordinating care and providing patient and family education. Employees take the time to develop relationships and know the emotional as well as the physical needs of our patients.
